I hunt for vintage Levi’s in great condition—soft, worn-in denim with stories to tell. These jeans aren’t just secondhand—they’re raw canvas. Once they land in my studio, I funk them up with a mix of dye, bleach, paint, and sashiko-inspired stitching. Every pair is one-of-a-kind and artistically reimagined.
But this isn’t just about fashion—it’s about sustainable fashion. The industry produces over 92 million tons of textile waste every year. Perfectly good clothes are tossed out when they could be repurposed, reimagined, and reborn.
Kick in the Pants is my way of pushing back—one pair of jeans at a time. My goal? To keep beautiful denim out of landfills and turn it into wearable art.
Thanks for being here. I hope you find something that gives you a little extra kick.
